Frugal Friday finds. Free stuff. Straight Talk cell phone FAIL. My review.

No time for frugal finds when I'm spending hours on the phone with straight talk customer service. Do you have or know someone who has a straight talk cell phone? We have had the worst experience with their service and their customer support.
